music.iLuv is a free app, but you can also upgrade to the premium version by signing up for "Premium Package - 1 Month" service. This service is a monthly service for $5.99, charged monthly to your iTunes account. Here are the details of the service:

- "Premium Package - 1 Month" Service is a monthly subscription at the price of $5.99 US per month.

- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account on a monthly basis at confirmation of purchase.

- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase.

- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
